Madrid always studies the opposite team on these ucl games for the first 30 odd minutes. U can see that in all their big ucl wins in the last few years, especially against juve in the last year's final. Juve were a little better till 30 mins. Madrid kept check on them and killed the game in the 60-70th minute. Same happened yesterday.

Guillem.... one question. How does Ramos keep getting away with being the biggest cheat in football? He obviously meant to do that to Salah; he pinned his arm and virtually did a wrestling throw to drive him shoulder-first into the ground, yet the referee did nothing. Ramos even clutched his face when Liverpool scored their equaliser. British teams may be called naive for not stooping to that level of cheating, but that's because the average English fan would not put up with it. It's pathetic and bloody embarrassing. Madrid's sense of entitlement is quite staggering and Ramos's immunity in the final suggested money changing hands at some point...

You really are stupid. Don't let your emotions get in the way of logic. Ramos and Salah both running towards the ball side by side and Salah links his arm to Ramos first. Then when Ramos loses balance and falls Salah gets injured. By the way it was the other shoulder that was dislocated not the one shown in replays linked with Ramos. Also need to take into account the pace of the game. That happened in 1 second. There was no way Ramos thought he could injure Salah with what happened and it wasn't intentional. I get it everyone loves Salah but it was nothing more than unfortunate.

Salah and Ramos are on a 1 on 1 duel, their arms were locked together and Salah mantained it so while they were STILL ON BOTH FEET and running, yes, BUT it is the fall where Ramos decides to tighten his arm to his body so the other can't escape and takes him down with him, while Salah already losened his arm before they fell...it was so clear intentional, I don't know what you saw.

Jan Reinkens Salah is the one who first locked his arms with Ramos. When Ramos lost balance and took Salah down with him it wasn't to injure him. Did he try to pull him down? Yes. Did he try to injure him? No. What are the chances that in that one second long sequence of football Ramos thought he should win the ball, pull Salah down and try to injure his shoulder. Get real. Also it seems like nobody wants to acknowledge that it was Salahs other shoulder that was dislocated. Not the one locked with ramos. It was sad and unfortunate but not malicious.

Madrid won...they are lucky to an extent....but the reason they won is they have a great player who is strong for not playing the league the whole year coming of the bench. The final was no surprise. Real eliminated the main threat from pool. Karius inst good enough and Klopp should have subbed him off after his mistake as it clearly affected his remaining performance. Klopp's decisions in finals are questionable. Liverpool showed little aggression and should have represented England by being more physical. I would say real would win this game again 4/5 times.

Salah INITIATED the contact. He paid the price for it because Ramos took him down on purpose and rolled on him on purpose but the injury was just unfortunate. Ramos was pushed by Van Djik right into Karius when he threw the dirty elbow. He is a dirty player but if you watch the Salah incident in full speed you can see it was a play I’ve seen tons of times in games but Salah got unlucky with how Ramos ended up on his arm.
