You are right Mayor Saha.Teachers are born but today every educated individuals who cannot get a job turns to teaching.Therefore, PHYSICALLY they are teachers but MENTALLY elseware.Teachers have a responsibility to society and have to sacrifice personal life too.But today Every Tom,Dick and Harry take up teaching where 85 0/0 are not dedicated to the profession. Subjects that are to be taught in class are taught in so called TUTIONS charging heavy fee.Just recently in India the toppers in school this year 2023 were students who DID NOT take tutions.It's something to think about.!!!!!

How you gonna do well is 100 percent depends upon environment first. Suppose a school or a college or a university has all the necessary infrastructure ,good un successful teachers, but if it lacks atmosphere needed to grow little children then investment from teachers un parents will be futile. Pupil will not learn. Thus the first un foremost thing is atmosphere.

Sarkari school Ko teacher haru Ko level k cha we all know. Lazy, got job because of some connections and don’t know how to teach . Private schools teachers are hardworking quality teachers who are extremely scrutinized al the time . Private schools Ko teachers haru are underpaid, overworked and have to cope with nonsense of parents/ management and people like him who puts all of them in one jar. In my experience I have met amazing teachers who had to go through a tough interview process and had to have a degree in education to get interviewed. I think this comment towards the teachers of private schools is extremely insensitive, derogatory and misleading. The speaker definitely is only speaking from his experience only which doesn’t applies to whole Nepal and Nepali teachers who teach in private schools.

Like you said, he is only speaking from his experience so are you speaking from your own perspective. He never said that all teachers of private schools are unqualified. He was saying that even in private schools you will find unqualified teachers & it is absolutely true that we don’t have a training program for teachers in schools, at least most of them don’t have. Most of the teachers that are “good” only teaches you about the subject they are supposed to teach whereas in school students should be groomed to be well rounded & skilled human beings that can contribute to the betterment of himself/herself & society.

First, he said Dharara after construction is a tower, second this. Either he is high or drunk. Do some research before you speak Mr Shah. He gives such strong statements without any analysis. He is a public figure now, he must know how to be critical before sharing his idea. I rarely have time to meet my friends, or go on vacation, why? Because I have committed myself to work as a teacher. There's a process and it will only be understood once you put your foot in it. What training/experience do YOU have to represent the country? Or are you bored? Everyone has a vision but to reach there like any other politicians STOP BLAMING every possible sector. The country is thriving with very limited resources in every sector. Get the resources FIRST and then you can take the liberty to sit down and talk like you are doing now. I will not cry over the fact of what we do not have, but I want A LEADER to help me move ahead with what we have and what we can achieve. I want the leaders to be realistic and not just visionary. I did not like the way he addresses the teachers.

Mr.Balen , i think , is just telling things for social site consumption .He knows pvt schools have better teachers but wants people to pay attention to him . If not so , he must do some research otherwise shouldn't generalize the things ! He is clever enough to manipulate public . How can he claim the P.Hd holders behave the way he is telling ? Has he done any research ? Any data ? May be he encountered with some professors like that but How can he say " tyo chyatera Faldinu parxa !" Does he know everything about his area of action ? Can he exactly predict the time an earthquake hits a certain place with exact magnitude ? Can he tear his certificates and throw away ? Seems only he has Engineering degree certificate and only he has studied 56 subjects !!

Idk what are you talking about. But what he said waa spot on . Few teachers in our college instead of clearing us about our problems, decide to give extra hw which just slows the process of leaening. They so mucj hw that we barely have any free time to rest or study. Teachers expect students would do better if students study doing hw 24/7. Which is wrong there is a clear difference between working efficiently and working hard. Teachers donot care if the students learn anything or not they just want to memorize yhe answers instead of ckearifying them and the syestem for some reason always decide to cancel eca.
