I like the look of the bag and it is marketed very well however there’s just a cheapness to the feel and look at the bag when you’re really up close. I had wanted that hot light pink and then I just walked away.

Thank you for your review. I just purchased the small hourglass with the snake skin print (the black and "white" version) but I noticed online the small you have is a tad larger then the small I have in the snake print. I compared it to the small croc patent leather inside the store and visually they look pretty close in size, which they are. If I didn't read the measurements I would have never known that these 2 hourglass smalls are different. However, since I do know, it does bother me. Lol.😆 I rather have a bag longer in length then in height, especially since it has the top handle. Regarding your excess strap dangling down, get a small rubber and put it around the end that has the dangle so the 2 parts of the strap are merged into one and then slide the dangle part thru the top of tge flap thru the side so it just rests inside your bag. I agree, that is a VERY poor design! If they are putting all those holes in the strap to give us more options then they should have created it like you said for the excess to fold up. Even Coach has that idea as their bags have that.

Oh wow! How sneaky that they made the snake skin one a bit smaller!!! What’s this rubber that you mentioned? Haha like a rubber band ?

@@mujiah1884 yes! A rubber band. You can get those tiny clear or black rubber bands in a Target or Wal-Mart in the hair section. Just undo your shoulder strap (separate the 2 joined straps) so you can slide the rubber band on one of the straps. Then rejoin back the 2 straps and set the strap to the length you want. Slide the rubber band down (or up) to where the long end (the tip) matches to the other part of the strap and band the 2 parts (straps) together. Hope I didn't confuse you. Lol. Easier to just show you.

@@mujiah1884 yes also I noticed the small hourglass price is different! There must have just been a price increase as I got mine at Neiman Marcus for cheaper then Bloomingdales and Balenciaga's website. Not complaining, just happy I got mine at the lower cost at Neimans!

I’ve recently got the baby pink one 😍 but I’m confused because when the bag is facing me the B is facing the right way but when I put it on the B faces the other way around or isit just mine? In your mirror photo at the end yours also looks the same way as mine is it normal am I overthink it?

That sounds right? the B is facing the correct way when someone else looks at it, it looks like the thumbnail picture for the video, I think that should be the right way?

I just got this bag in the mail! But the opening is so stiff and hard to get in and out. Did you notice that too? I wonder if it will become more flexible after more use.

Yeah! Is it the problem I mentioned, where you can’t open it as wide as you need to? Cus I have that problem too..I hope it will too, it is a bit annoying right now.
