I actually work at Nordstrom and we don’t receive boxes with the handbags we get. They actually get delivered to us the same way it gets delivered to you, in a dust bag in a brown box. If you ordered it from the actual Balenciags site or store then you would’ve gotten the box with it.

I plan to buy it in a few months but I am not exactly sure how it is strong enough or durable to cross body. I am looking for both between Neo classic top handle and mini. I have lots of stuffs to carry but I like hand free, Top handle is fit for my stuffs but looks not strong enough for cross body.
