I'm new driver learnt on Baleno. Bhai ne bilkul sahi kaha, bahut dheere chala rahe tab tak theek hai...highway pe sikh raha tha, to steering se darr lag raha tha...itani halki thi ki darr ke zor se pakade tha...not recommended for any new driver who have to drive on any highway.

Please also share the shortcomings of Tata cars. All Tata cars are 3cylinder and turbo boost and additionally, they have the least refined engine of all the car brands. This reduces the reliability of engines. Most of the tata cars will stop after driving 1 lakh kilometers but cars of Suzuki and Honda may run more than 5 lakh kilometers because of well-refined engines. Tata has created a buzz about NCAP rating which is of European standards and not of Indian standards. So just pressing the sheets or having heavy sheets doesn't contemplate safety. If safety is concerned Tata Nexon top variant has 2 airbags whereas Baleno top variant has 6 airbags. So don't blindly buy any car, know your requirements and buy. My suggestion will be Maruti because it is a customer-centric brand with one of the most reliable and refined engined that is running currently in India. This is the reason you will find old Maruti cars, not old Tata cars.
