Hihihi Stuart, you’r right. There are mostly westerners when we visited, and that might be due to the fact that it was during the end of the year holiday season. We will be visiting again in the upcoming April and let’s see if the same phenomenon will be observed haha😆 By the way, the next video may not be updated until February... because we are back in Taiwan, the Chinese New Year is very early this year, and it is really cold haha, you should also keep warm😊❤️🧣 Thank you! Hi Ann, Hoho, you chose Bali as end of year vacation, surprised still got a hotel on late appointment. And from many places you chose Ubud in this rainy season. People said the rain on Ubud and north area of Bali is heavy and non stop. Once my vacation is ruined because of the non stop rain. Chosed wrong hotel too. Ahh Campuhan. The place so good even one of the famous band made song named Tepi Campuhan to appreciate the place. That and Arak Bali, lol. Aren't you interested in the swings in Alam Harum? Taking obligatory pic of you swinging hehehe. Yesss, exactly what I thought! Kuta feels like oldskul compared than other hip places like Canggu and Uluwatu. But still, so many good memories there. And still the best place to learn how to surf. Lol, Nasi Goreng Jakarta! Wonder what it is. The side dish you like is Stri fried long beans. You can find the recipes online with so many ingredients variants. Thanks for the video. Used to say happy weekend but we're still not on the weekend officially, lol. Have a nice day Ann! Hi Umar Abidin, yes you’re right! We only confirmed our trip to Bali five days before the year-end holiday and originally considered other places, such as the volcano, but we were afraid that it would be closed during the rainy season. In the end, able to book pretty good rooms, its really lucky :) Before we went, I didn't expect that the rain would really last from the afternoon to the evening, because I was used to Jakarta raining for only 1or2 hours... I really didn't expect Ubud to rain for such a long time, but also happy to experience the feeling of the rainy season😊 Campuhan is probably my favorite place in Ubud this time! It feels really good to be able to walk there in the morning when the sun is not too strong, beautiful road view along the way, and the people walking or cycling greet with a smile. Oh I looked up “Tepi Campuhan”, the lyrics are so beautiful, every word describes how awesome this place is! Haha when we first time in Bali, my husband played on the swing, but not in Alam Harum (This video kzbin.info/www/bejne/eJKuqa2PhNmXadE starts at 20:02) When I saw it, I thought it was too high and afraid of heights My husband said the swing is actually not as high as it looks, so... Maybe I should really try it next time? 😆 Kuta is a bit old-fashioned, and I may prefer Canggu vibes, but we still think it’s good to experience it there. (This time our goal is to experience new areas, Ubud and Kuta three days before this trip, both of which have not been to the last time) Oh thank you for telling me that is "Stri fried long beans", I will order this dish in restaurants in Jakarta in the future! Thanks:) Hope one day I can still upload on Friday...or a fixed time haha^^; I also want to say sorry to you in advance, the next video may not be updated again until February, because I just arrived in Taiwan today (This year's Chinese New Year is earlier), I rushed to finish this video editing before returning to Taiwan.
