Bali Introduces Tourism Levy for International Visitors

Beginning Feb. 14, 2024, foreign tourists visiting Bali will be required to pay a tourist tax of Rp150,000. To safeguard Bali's rich customs, traditions, arts, and environment of Bali, the Bali provincial government has introduced the International Tourism Levy. This short video shows you how easy it is to make a payment by credit card on the website. There is also an app available.
For those unable to make payments through the Love Bali System, international visitors can opt for non-cash payments at designated counters available at airports or ports. All international visitors need to retain valid payment proof, as it will be scanned through the scanning device after the travel document verification process upon entering Bali.
