I'm so glad I've stumbled upon your video, I was thinking of attending Bali MMA for the no gi bjj and MMA classes. Also, I'm assuming you're attending multiple different classes in a day, you're a damn beast lol

I'd say the BJJ classes are suited for an advanced beginner and above.

No issues with my back/spine! I still train hard most days of the week and do Muay Thai. But I always do my posterior chain exercises.
