The owner needs to organise to get mumma desexed as soon as puppies are weened and get immunisations for mumma and puppies. He can get it done free with the Bali dog organisations over there. You could contact Bali pet Crusaders and let them know about this mumma and her pups.

Lily has been vaccinated for Rabies and the puppies will also be desexed and vaccinated I'm assuming.
