Thus the HoloID girls here are doing the "Barbie talk" while cussing and cursing... which makes it hilarious.

No, my father was working in dubbing industry, they hire real translator for barbie movies. It's just should be done like that because the movies are for children. Barbie and Disney movies had very strict QC policy regarding dubbing process back then (around early 2000s). So, the VA, translation, and dubbing process was very professional (not like anime at that time). But it all changed when fire nation attack around 2011-2012.
