Jagdish needs money to buy an anniversary gift for Anandi but when Bhairon refuses to give the amount, Dadisa fulfils his wish. She regrets giving money to Jagdish when she finds out its purpose and wants Jagdish to not get attached to his wife. Annadi is ecstatic when she receives the gift on her 5th wedding anniversary.
