True, everybody is responsible here. But Gauri tried to adjust in the family? I don't think this is a right statement. That girl was in the wrong state of mind from the first point. She thought everything she did was always right, she thought herself to be a God kyuni iss duniya mein sirf bhagwan hi hein jo kabhi kuch galat nehi karte. Just think, even after knowing that Jagiya's family ruined her childhood, that he is already married doesn't matter if it is child marriage or anything else...she kept trying to make a space where she absolutely had no place. Why would his family accept her? She was indeed nothing to them because their marriage was illegal plus the type of character she had was unacceptable. Mine mine and mine she knows nothing else that herself. Did she even have any self respect I don't think so because the moment you choose to date an already married man you lose your worth, especially when you know that man was once the reason of your bad days. Gauri isn't smart, she is actually very immature and she kept on choosing to be that way. Look, love isn't wrong, getting romantically involved with someone who has been divorced isn't wrong too but marrying someone already married and forcefully trying to attain a place in the family....these are wrong, in india and in the whole world too. In the end I say again, everyone is guilty.

See I know love is blind and it blocks people from thinking straight but another thing is pointable here and that is her overconfidence. If Jagiya's parents did wrong so did Gauri by not knowing about the fundamental basics of child marriage and how it is attained before marrying Jagiya. She's smart isn't she? Plus it's not like this family was unknown to her, she very well knew who they were, she hated them for destroying her life. Do you think marrying before consulting them was a good choice? If a woman isn't gonna think about another woman, then why do we blame men? It was not like Anandi was a bad person or had done anything bad to Gauri in particular but she still chose to take her place, doesn't matter If she knew about the laws of child marriage or not. Jagiya did suggest to get married but Gauri should have thought well before just agreeing like it wasn't a big matter. Just try to think the way I'm thinking. Child marriage isn't good I 100% agree but what I disagree with is taking hasty decisions which could alter a lot of lives. Jagiya's marriage didn't just change his life, but everyone else's too. And lastly you and I, we both know Jagiya wasn't actually in love with Gauri, her beauty and smartness, her life style drawn him to her which isn't Gauri's fault at all I totally agree that. Jagiya really loved Anandi, he did. Even after marrying Gauri he continuously thought about the moments he spent with Anandi. He peace he felt with her, he never felt with Gauri, that girl was too self engrossed to keep him happy. And happiness doesn't mean sacrifices, it means mutual understanding. Yes everybody is faulty here but in my opinion Gauri and Jagiya are more faulty than the Singh family. A lot of marriages happen in india without paperwork, simply at a mandir or in front a God, some people are too poor to even enlist their marriage in court, do you think if 10 years later such a husband or wife who don't have any proof or acceptance of their marriage in society cheat on each other, that isn't wrong? In fact it's happening so much. A man is having a family from first marriage in kerala and his second family lives in West Bengal, one husband two wifes and seven children🙂 it's no big deal to them, that is wrong but who cares? Yes Jagiya wasn't able to choose his life partner rightly because he was already forced into marriage when he knew just to play but does that give him any right to destroy Anandi's life? She was not able to choose either, wasn't she? There's a thing called arrange marriage. Should a man in arrange marriage have any right to destroy his wife's life just because he loves someone else now, because he was forced and didn't have a choice? Think. Maybe I talked too much but I practically grew up watching Balika Vadhu, I was only 8 when it came out and leaned a lot from this serial. This was just my observation and I respect if you think otherwise too. I'm sorry if I sounded rude. Happy Dashera, stay safe and happy🙂💖
