In the game of soccer, there are several basic techniques that must be mastered by every player, so that players can play soccer properly and correctly. One of the basic techniques in the game of soccer is the technique of controlling the ball. Control technique is the movement to hold or stop the ball, using certain body parts. In receiving the ball, there are two kinds of ways, namely, the ball is immediately stopped (stopping) and control the ball (controlling). In this case, after the ball is stopped and carried in motion or given to a friend.
Variations Stopping the ball is divided into two:
1). For a flat ball (scrolling on the ground), the part of the foot to receive the flat ball is with the sole of the foot or sole, the inside of the foot and the outside of the foot, or the instep;
2). For the ball to bounce, the part of the body used to receive the ball is the inside of the foot, the back of the foot, the outside of the foot, or other body parts such as the thigh, chest, head.
