What age group are these boys?

+Jordan Kelly-Hashim Hi Jordan. The players in the Ball Mastery & Beat the Player Moves video were U7's at the time of filming. To put into context, the filming took place towards the end of their season so they had received lots of coaching, encouragement, technical information and opportunities to practice these skills throughout the season. As with all young players, the boys were not 'master technicians' when they first started to perform these skills but at the foundation age groups (5 through to 11 years old) the development and improvement in performance of these ball mastery skills is quickly accelerated with practice, and as coaches it is up to us to facilitate opportunities for players to perform these skills individually, in opposed situations and in game related scenarios so that they become confident and competent to perform them in the game.

I've been doing this same drill with my pre academy groups as match day warm up. Players as young as 6. They do not find it too complicated.

Standing and sitting around utterly bored listening to him droning on ...absolute pile of shit session ..and this is supposed to be a warm up.. again utterly pointless until they're 12...and even i lost interest after 2mins ...love those boards as ALL kids are literate and not colour blind. FFS GIVE THEM A BALL AND LET THEM PLAY !!!!!!!
