It's obvious that these kids are picking CU because it's going to be a direct pipeline to the NFL. They will get paid. But also they get to learn under some of the greatest players ever like Deion Sanders, TO, and Warren Sapp. The whole coaching staff are former NFL players or coaches or they have been working with Deion for years. That's the thing these schools are missing. Throwing money at kids is all well and good. But it's shortsighted. CU can promote itself as the place where you can win the Heisman. Where you can learn from the very best. And you have a direct path to the playoffs every year. And you are going to be on National TV every week cause your coach is Deion Sanders. Like ESPN keeps wanting to promote the idea of Coach Prime leaving for somewhere else. But I don't think anywhere will give Deion what he wants like CU has. He has built the program his way. He has full control and he is beloved by the community. He don't need money either. Cause he's been rich for 40 years. If you are a younger player or a 2nd stringer not getting playing time at a SEC or B1G university. You should go to CU. It is one of the best programs in the country. And all the haters can just get over that fact. Why would you want to go to Florida State over CU? Coaches had a reason to jump to the SEC or B1G from other conferences. Because they needed to go to a P5 league to vie for a Championship. The Playoff has changed things. Now you can lose two games and win your conference and get an automatic bid to the playoffs. The landscape has changed. And people gotta get use to that.
