Станок - это обязательная часть каждого балетного урока, без которой не может жить ни один балетный артист, база для всего, что связано с балетом. 🙏🏻⠀ Это видео мы записали по просьбе организаторов @yagp - Youth American Grand Prix, поэтому в нем я говорю на английском. Но надеюсь, что комбинации вам все равно будет видно и вы найдете это видео полезным! 🙌🏻 Hello my dear friends! Today I’m finally posting a follow-along Ballet Barre, my take on an essential part of every ballet class which no ballet dancer can live without, a true base for everything ballet-related! If I wanted to warm up before a day full of rehearsals, before an important show, or if I just needed to stay in shape during vacation, I would be doing something very much like what I showed you guys in this and it would truly be the anchor point for everything my body does and feels during the day from boosting my metabolism to making my muscles more mobile and flexible. So here are my preferred combinations and exercises!

Dear Maria, thank you so much for offering all of us such high-level training and the opportunity to exercise with one of the most hopeful ballerinas active at the moment. Everyone into Ballet is experiencing tough times while being confronted with usual ways of training breaking away due to the corona crisis. I started doing Ballet about a year ago when I was already 40 - for pure joy and keeping myself in shape and flexible. But it has become an attitude in life since. And so I missed training with the others pretty much as our school closed and lessons were cancelled for the time being 3 weeks ago. Your course is such a relief since it helps so much to stay motivated and exercise on your own while being locked away at home. I like the exercises, since they can be followed easily even by amateurs of a certain level. Please keep it going and stay healthy! Thank you!

I am 75 years old and taking your class from Apopka, Florida. Thank you very much for this class. Maria, you speak English very well. Did you train in the U.S.? And to your pianist, she is awesome. I did not catch her name. Her music compliments your combinations perfectly. You pianist must have taken ballet when she was young, because she has an excellent understanding of the tempo and rhythm that your combination needs. Personally, I listen closely to the music, because it is my inspiration to execute dance combinations better. Spaseebah.

Thank You. So far I' ve never watched ballerina's long training at ballet barre. Of course this video is helpful for young dancers. They got a bergain to improve their ballet techniques. I think that your moves are perfect. For me there was very nice moment when You train whilst your friend is playing "Moon river" from "Breakfast at Tiffany's" movie.
