Chiropractic treatment without first loosening the muscles/connective tissues does nothing except fill the chiropractor's wallet. If you only get adjusted, the muscles will push the joints back into exactly the same position as before.
@aquacandela37053 жыл бұрын
@@steueroase Well muscles don't actually do anything on their own, for example if you have a trauma which throws the head forward the postural muscles of the neck and back will increase in tone to reposition the head. If you massage them out then you're actually increasing pressure on the nervsystem, the muscles spasmed inorder to adapt to stress. That being said he knows his physiology and is addressing the cause of the pressure. He isn't simply massaging out and leaving, he's using massage to access the cause and fix it. If you don't understand the cause of a muscles increase in tone... DON'T RELAX IT!

I am a dancer and have a similar thing going on that she's describing. I wish I could afford this. I use the aerial silk to help stretch upside down and it helps so much when I regularly use it. It helps open up the spine where you usually don't get a stretch because of gravity and your muscles get blood flowing through them.

Just my thoughts as an effective massage therapist of 7 years changing many people’s lives out of pain. Take what you feel can help from my comments and remember everyone’s situations, tissue elasticity, nerve tolerance, scar tissues, daily movements, daily stress and how they hold it or let it go, and self care afterwards are different…. So everyone is a different map that we have to create and understand through client communication.

I have all her same issues. That said, when I got my feet adjusted the swelling left my knees. Also, you need to do a lot of inner thigh work to make sure the leg muscles are in balance. Or the hamstrings, quads and calf muscles will be so strong they pull the knee out of alignment. I was almost unable to walk because I did that when I was young. No inner thigh training. Now I am an older lady and I have zero medial meniscus on my right knee and the left has two severed ligaments. The ACL and the PCL on my left knee. They were so swollen and painful. After having my feet adjusted, BOOM, the swelling left and the pain left. They're not super stable. But I walk quite a lot and feel little to no pain. Alignment is everything. I wish this doctor was closer to my. But he's way down in Florida. I have learned a LOT about my body from this channel.
