I'm so happy somebody has performed - and shared - a more authentic version of the original, rather than just the more mundane 1953 revision. Thank you!

Knowing that this piece is going to be a century old next year is absolutely astonishing, this is absolutely radical music for its time and still lives up to that status today. Amazing performance :)

George Antheil was a musical genius who was at least a full century ahead of his time who also coinvented the most important radio frequency patent of the mid-20th century. Amazing musical performance synced with midi! Outstanding!!! Well done!!!

A beautiful version of this amazing piece of music. Here is the pain, the promise, the brutality of the industrial revolution, the core of capitalism all contained in this expanded percussion ensemble piece.

Antheil was the PT Barnum (or Alice Cooper) of the 1920s avant garde. You're reading way too much into the music. Check out his deliriously self-promoting autobiography, "Bad Boy of Music." He was having a lot of fun being shocking and outrageous.

Theatrically exciting. It makes me remember a lot of movies and authors: Hitchcock and Stravinsky for exemplo. Shoemberg also.

Mssr. Plouvier, Are you the gentleman at the table to the right with the table of buzzer sounds? If not, who then is your fellow performer there? I have heard this work in the various versions, all of them fascinating. Kudos to your ensemble for this rare performance.

Ah, now I see you. Thank you kindly for this information. Being a musician myself, I like to figure out who all the players might be.
