Classical Ballet Barre Class all in center. No equipment needed and small space friendly. This would be an excellent class to do in a hotel room or as a technique maintenance class.

Proper alignment is important throughout the class. Make sure that shoulders are over hips, hips are over knees and knees are over toes throughout the movements.

I haven't been to a ballet class in maybe a year and a half, because I lost my grandfather which sent my mental health on a downward spiral, and the pandemic. I'm nowhere near as strong or as flexible as I used to be but most of the technique I still remember. this is the perfect difficulty for me trying to ease myself back into ballet
