Yes Dosa is South Indian breakfast option ..u can add little shallots or diced onions, tomatoes on top ..even add bit of spice on top..before turning it over ..it makes a type of dosa called Oothappam❤ pls try it!!

Had the scale problem as well, so I ended up super glueing those rubber thingys to the scale, because once you lose one of them the scale becomes useless. Really hope the first bread comes out good, usually sourdough is a bit more forgiving than yeast 😅
