I just had my baby on September 21. You are so awesome for being able to wrangle & raise the other kids AND provide all the needs of a newborn. You’re doing a fantastic job, Momma. I have 4 kids. You’re right, you quickly forget! I’m in the “no sleep” stage. But I honestly wouldn’t have it any other way. Soon, my 13yr old will be grown up and out of the house and I’ll miss this stage. And they will ALL eventually grow up. So, as exhausted as I am, I treasure every moment.

It would be so cool to see multiple vlogs, one from the vantage point of each kid's homeschool day and one from Jessica's vantage point of seeing different kids in a day. I'm just so curious about how you guys do homeschool and what programs each kid does. How it's laid out and what activities the kids do in their studies. I find homeschooling so fascinating. So one vlog would be a homeschool day in the life of Bailey, another vlog would be Jacob, and so on, but also including Jessica's homeschool day. Hopefully that makes sense.

My mom took up ceramics when we were in elementary and high school, and she always says one thing she really likes about it is having something to show for all her work, unlike the food she puts on the plates she makes, which vanishes. There's a lot of vanishing when you're raising children, and a lot of mess - I'm glad you're spending the time where it matters most, though! Hugs. The newborn period is very special and the proof isn't in the videos, but in the fine people you're raising.

Luke's signing just amazes me. It proves that even if little kids (and older people too, but I am talking about kids) can't speak sentences, they understand what they want and the word around them. It's so cool that they have a way to communicate even when they can't express things verbally.

I use to visit Solvand (in the late 80s) with my grandma and cousins when I visited my dad during Summer break. Thank you for sharing your adventure from this day... you made me cry with happy tears at the memories. I visited Arroyo Grande, Ca for my Summers (that's were Dad lived) and we would travel down to Solvang instead of up to. All 3 places, Arroyo Grande, Solvang & Santa Barbara, are all beautiful!! Teddy was very much alert and paying attention to all things going on around him. Very very Cute!!

The biggest pro to being one of 6 siblings in a family that will actually play games with you is you have a full crew right there.
