Watched the whole review. In the beginning there was much emphasis on "kids" maybe this is an expensive kids toy. The bow press is a unique concept, but I think shows the lack of real power. Any speed readings during shooting?

If you're looking to really hunt, forget the laser and go with a basic reticle scope, $30 at Wal-Mart. Instead, attach a fishing reel and get some omega 3s for free. That said, kids shouldn't touch a crossbow unless carefully supervised.
