Aioli is such an underrated sauce. It can make an average burger taste amazing and a great burger taste incredible. Thanks for sharing this burger recipe from Toro even if they just went out of business.

Try making the fat Clancy! It was a huge hit/staple at a mom and pops burger joint in dallars corner wa (obradys). They closed down (thanks to Washington state department of transportation) but I'm sure the way it was made can be found!

Hi Greg, it's Mike and I trust you and your good lady are well. Great to be learning a new really worthwhile Burger again. Yep, I'll be adding Capers to the Aioli as you suggest. It's yet another a must try Burger from you. I noted your comment below that Toro Grillhouse has just closed. So, once againg Greg, your research and video is preserving a great Burger for prosterity and all to share. Cheers for now Greg, Mike.

Thank you, Mike. Yeah, I was searching out good photos of the restaurant and I saw the notification that they were closed. Small family restaurant... Very sad, brother.

That looks really good Greg. Don't mind me, you are undisputedly THE Burger King. That "aioli" seems like more of a hollandaise sauce to me, but again.... I know nothing and very much up for being educated. I am not a fan of the H sauce, but willing to give it a go.... particularly since you made and presented it like you did. Nice job

"this will get some comments" Yup, great idea for the ketchup. Need a bit of sourness, umami, and acidity in there. The sweetness should be coming from the onions. (Greg, you hate ketchup, we know. You always have to apologize for using it whenever you use it.)
@BallisticBurgers3 ай бұрын
Actually, I don't hate ketchup at all, but whenever I use it the ketchup haters enter the arena.
