It’s a very controlled approach. The conical tip on the HDX allows this product (pretty high molecular weight) to fall and not fan - I would assume they probably finished with vinyl cove either way.

Sp you need a primer 1st?

This company is very vague on primer. There are no clear instructions on when to use primer and how to at all
