I had 2 packs of 12 inch pearl white 100ct 1 pack of 5 inch 50ct I didn't use it all because I only did from hip to hip not all the way around. Thank you ❤️

How many garlands or rows did you add around the base of the dress? I find myself short on them and it's causing my dress to bunch up when I connect with rubber bands. It then loses its shape and looks like a blob

From hip to hip I used 10- 4" Balloons. It does bunch up I found myself pulling it down to straighten it out.
