In order to not have to tie the latex balloon, I cut off the ends. That prevents the air bubble from forming.

Thank you for the video! My question is -- I successfully (!!) stuffed a 20" foil heart inside a 24" deco bubble, and all is good, EXCEPT that the foil heart is NOT floating centered inside the deco bubble! It's tilting to one side. Is there something I can do, or something I did incorrectly, for this to occur?

Hi Susan, it might help if you pull the heart a bit further down in the neck of the bubble balloon. This might help to stabilise it.

It is a Qualatex Deco Bubble. When inflated correctly should float for at least a few days for you!

Hi Lindsey, you can get between 85 - 105 24" bubbles or 90 - 130 22” bubbles from a T-size cylinder (3.6m3 cylinder). The exact amount of helium a bubble will take does vary as they can stretch!

Hi Luisa, the balloon Mark used was a 24 inch bubble but the same principle applies for the smaller deco bubbles!
