as a big who isnt super athleic the important of communication cannot be underestimated. i usually hedge and try to let the guards recover but they think we switch and end up giving open looks

Hard hedging and tagging has always been really hard to teach for me.

It’s not easy by any stretch. Your bigs have to be mobile & your backside coverage has to be very disciplined.
