@MakeMe Yes, it's perfectly reasonable and logical that Lola never spoke about Ben and his husband and that Emma only found out who they were through an occasional encounter in the pub. And what does that have to do with him being a victim?! we're talking about how this plot is poorly written. And it wasn't just Ben who was excluded from this plot, several other people present in Lexi and Lola's lives were also.

I do think Emma and Ben are going to go head-to-head over Lexi down the road. She seems to be a sneaky one and so is Ben, so I can see the two of them one-upping each other in the manipulation department.

He’s thinking about the case slightly absent-minded not realizing Ben needs his praise and love. Something he lacks from his pop obv. Which makes Ben feel slighted himself

@@a.l.y.a.m.e.d486 That was when she left a few weeks ago (she gave Lexi her phone number). Patsy Kensit was doing panto over Christmas & new year so Emma had to be temporarily written out. She then returned to filming and finished up again around 10th Feb, and they film approx 8 weeks in advance.

It's really nice to see Ben and Callum together, appearing to be fairly happy and sort of loving towards each other ... I think Ben was looking for something a bit more exciting than Callum's offer of beer and a curry (perhaps he was thinking of whisking Callum off to bed?!) It was fun when Lola's mum was surprised to find out Callum was Ben's boyfriend and gay "I didn't see that coming!" I think Lola's mum is going to be trouble for sure!
