Props to you for innovating on the game review channel tropes - seriously, I find myself enjoying each new episode more than the last. Production values are constantly going up (the off-screen audio sounded *super* crisp); the relationships between you and your characters are continuously building in a way that's both interesting and entertaining; the various effects are stylish and fun and - man... Yeah, I have one of the Genesis plug-in plays. It's pretty cool since it allows for original cartridge and controller support...... though the music is high and squeaky. It's technically a plus since the SEGA jingle sounds hilarious.

Joke's on you. I got a used one and the previous owner had modded it. Long story short, there's a lot more than 30 games on it (to name a few additions: Mega Mans 1 + 3-6, Castlevania 3, all three Ninja Gaidens, Final Fantasy 2+3, etc).

The fact that the NES Classic is as sought after as it is does not surprise me. What does surprise me is how Nintendo managed to underestimate the demand for the NESC like they did with Amiibo and makes me worry that they'll repeat their mistakes with the Nintendo Switch in the months following its launch, albeit not on the same disastrous level of attempt to meet demand. That said, even when ignoring the low supply, I find it incredibly hard to justify purchasing a glorified emulator, especially given the wide availability of the games they chose to include.
