Your editing is FANTASTIC! As for the watch, it is pretty cool, but I have a TERMINAL case of 'Sunburst Dial Fatigue' and would love to see some guilloché or other texturing (like maybe the makers could drag the dials behind their cars for a week to be put meaningful marks on them). Feels almost token, no matter how pretty the lacquer over it is.

So what's the Mr Zelos cleaning routine? I had frankly forgotten about this one, and that's easily explained by calling it vanilla. That said, the combination of bronze, gilt, and burgundy is hardly vanilla, but how they have come together is generic and slightly enlarged. Certainly, it was entirely unnecessary to spend 11 minutes on a watch that'll still look far too big on your wrist at the end. But it must have been the spirit of comradery that I still enjoyed it. The large stainless buckles of the Artem straps look naff on a bronze case watch. Ultimately, I can't imagine many would spend almost equal amounts on strap and watch and while there is no denying the outright value, I think there is an equally good number of reasons to find an alternative. For those who normally like 44mm watches, that balance may well shift in Baltany's favour.

It's an attractive watch but I wonder if bronze cases would irritate my skin. Especially on those hot summer days.

yes it varies from person to person. i brought it to the beach and its not as tarnished as i thought it would be. maybe its my skin thats not manly enough.
