Depending on the amount of scent, you may want to be a good neighbor. But, if your neighbors are cool, they'll ask you to remove the filter. haha

Yes the pant only contains thc when flowering otherwise it’s considered hemp, but that’s because we judge hemp of of delta 9, you can still have 30% THCa and have it still be hemp as long as the D9 levels meet the bills limits
