Congratulations on your new space! Here's an idea - how about moving the dining set to the area between the kitchen counter and sofa. That "zone" could be your dining area. Then you could add an island in the kitchen area for additional counter space.😉 Also, there don't seem to be alot of Baltimore content creators in the YT space, so you could definitely create a niche for yourself as you explore the city and build your community. Good luck!

I been here two years after spending most of my life in Philly. The cost of living wasn't much different but it took time to adjust to a few things. The people are nice wherever I go and being near 695 gives access to the highways. To me, it's a great city that can't thrive like it should due to lack of employment opportunities. Plus the politicians squeeze all the money out of the city so some areas go undeveloped. I found that when I spread activities out to the counties and closer to DC, it keeps me from getting bored and feeling isolated working from home. Hang in there, you made the right decision but everything takes time.
