MC SoulSteppers actually they wasn’t! This is the Legendary New Edition Marching Band from Baltimore, MD! This is the Preakness Parade of lights in Baltimore.

@@B_est88 MC Soul Steppers Drill Team traveled to Baltimore to do the Preakness Parade of Lights that year! It doesn't show us but at the beginning of this video the parade was about to start, & at around 0:40- 2:37 yes those drum beats you hear playing with the xylophone bells & cymbals is most def our drumline warming up, my whistle blow is very clear & our sound is unmistakable no matter where we go. New Edition came through in the parade after us, our directors exchanged info & kept in touch. Love them! We had a ball & won Best Overall but haven't been back.
