A good defensive coordinator is not somebody you give a try to or promote from within. You get the best that you can get that’s available whether they are in the raven organization or outside of the ravens organization, but you get the best available. a team cannot worry about if people that are already in the organization get angry because they are not getting promoted. Super Bowl victories do not care about promotions from within.

Unfortunately for Lamar, he just happens to play for a very unserious team. Same problems that never get fixed. If this team was serious about winning a championship they would bring in bellicheck or salah. To at the bare minimum advise Orr if not out right replace him. In 2012 they switched coordinators mid season and won the SB. They also need to make a trade for a game changer edge rusher. STOP the bs Baltimore this SB window won’t be open forever!
