Raging bolt is the worst turbo deck to play to this event. Raging bolt itself is a great deck, one of the 5 best in the format. But that doesn’t make it a strong play for an event

I agree with the tier list as a whole Regidrago is fast and the most powerful deck to avoid a draw I don't think any single deck can be a counter (temple of sinnoh + jamming) So S is quite reasonable Miraidon and moon are event-specific aggro decks and A is reasonable because they are good against regidrago Honestly, I don't know about B, but I don't think they're in a bad position A lot of people questioned Bolt But I can't agree. If it was a Bo1 position like Japan, it would have been pretty good But there are too many tough matchups (Zard,gardy,lugia,ancient) Making two wins against these matchups To be honest, it's almost impossible I agree I'm in a good position for Regidrago, miraidon, moon, but I think the problem I'm talking about is bigger than these advantages, so it's right to play lugia rather than bolt Drago matchups are also radzard, iono, jamming There are a lot of the same disturbing cards, especially when Drago players think of the ancient box, I think jamming will definitely be used

i think the 1-1 palkia vstar line lucas xinv brought to worlds makes pao a much better play since it really helps the charizard and regidrago matchup

Zard is very strong. One of the strongest decks in the format, but this tier list isn’t based around what is good and what isn’t. It’s based around how good of a play the deck is for an event.

Exactly! When will people realize that Raging Bolt is actually amazing? It's the most consistent turbo deck and takes good matchups into almost anything! Even Ancient Box is a winnable matchup if you play it carefully and use your HP Boost Tools wisely.

Raging bolt def has more losing matchups than that. Charizard isn’t a great matchup, gardevoir and Lugia aren’t great

@@TheShuffleSquadTCG That is fair, but I have found many ways to beat Zard with my raging bolt list, including denying dusknoir with bravery charm. Maybe I was wrong about raging bolt being the best deck in format, but I think there are ways to deal with even the shakiest of matchups

I’m going to play raging bolt to my first competitive tournament, so I’ve been playing my list a lot on the online ladder and so far I’ve been doing great against all the meta decks
