I remember when the entire neighborhood would be out washing the marble steps. Still love Baltimore will never leave. But I blame the government for allowing the vacant homes to sit there for years and nothing is done about it. You can see homes that are welll taken care of next to them. Its sad.

There are parts of Baltimore that are nice, and the local government tries to keep it that way to attract tourists and visitors. Then there are areas like this... which I would never go through, even in a tank. BTW, standing in the street obstructing traffic is a way of showing "it's all about me, MFer".
