Honestly it'd be a spin on the character, but a weird but interesting one. I just hope st the very least if he doesn't turn on the autobots, he retains his character from animated. (My favorite interpretation of setinal is animated)

Decently posable, looks great in both modes, fun transformation, plenty accessories with multiple setup options... yeah, this little guy is a bang for your money. Only thing I actively dislike about him is how dainty his fists look due to them having to fit inside his nosecone. That said, I'd imagine said cone kibbles on the elbows would also make for some neat built-in tonfas á la Titans Return Blurr.

1:12. The full name of Zeta is Sentinel Zeta Prime. They *are* the same person.

The color scheme dates back to his G1 origin. Sentinel Major (According to Tfwiki) who forced the Quintessons off cybertron and became the prime before Optimus, was killed by Megatron. Animated Sentinel uses this color scheme, as does zeta Prime who is meant to be the WFC version of Sentinel, in reference to the G1 zeta prime who came before Sentinel. In Wfc his full name is Sentinel Zeta prime.

Yep he's the only one I've bought. Got him in the mail today. Pretty good! Slight quality control issues, but I guess that's common these days. Things like some joints click into place and others don't. Like left wing does, right wing doesn't. Same for shoulders etc. Personally I'd much rather pay a bit more to have a higher quality toy. But on the whole, it's good and I'm gonna keep this one.

Well sentinel prime did wind up turning on the Autobots so the similarities in colors to dirge who is a decepticon makes sense

considering wave 1 of the prime changers consist of optimus, bumblebee, alpha trion, sentinal prime, and the quintession, wave 2 should consist of megatron, elita-1, starscream, soundwave, and shockwave. 5 figures per wave sounds good to me for sure.

I think Sentinel being blue and gold is cos of Sentinel Zeta Prime from War For Cybertron. Elsewhere he's normally been several shades of orange.

Originally, I was going to pass on this figure… but after watching the latest behind the scenes footage that displayed a few scenes of Sentinel, whom judging by the brief footage he appeared in looks to be a complete psychopath- I kinda want to add him to my collection. Can’t wait for his Voyager Class Studio Series figure to come out next year.

Personally prefer the Orange of the IDW ir Dark Scarlet of Live Action Sentinel Primes. Never was an Animated fan. Good figure, I wish he had repaint potential. We are expected to get a Deluxe Starscream and Voyager Sentinel from SS in 25.
