It's not the same guy. Hasbro just likes reusing names old names for characters because of licensing issues when thinking up new names and 50% they are also lazy with new name ideas. Optimus Prime is a name that they have used for over 20 years of identical prime leaders although each one is unique in his respective cartoon character profile.

Nice review. I have Quick Strike and I love this figure alot. The Brute mode is dope. You dont have to turn the hip missles launchers around to get the back pack on the back for brute mode. You have to raise em up some and it should fit. Nice review.

Two strange things: One, for marketing reasons, half of the recolors are treated as separate characters (Roadblock was still called Inferno for some lines, Jetfire's Sonic colors was never referred to as Overcast in the show, same for Cliffjumper not being called Beachcomber after his recoloration, but played straight with Shockblast and Six Shot being brothers in the Japanese version). And two, Sprung is how the Japanese call Springer, but for some reason, Springer was trademarked, so that name can't be used (Bulkhead became inherited by Hound ever since).

I hope this youtuber and others have learned by now that most of these toys that use Button Cell Batteries use the exact same type, LR44 or GPA76 (same size and voltage) or AG13 (same size and voltage but Silver Oxide). Just go on Amazon and order a bulk amount of LR44 pr GPA76 if you collect toys that use lights and sounds.

You lost the missiles, that's not as as as how much of the figure I lost when I was about 7 (I'm 15 now). I lost the feet of the main figure, the main rotor,the missiles and the tips of the cannons on the walker/mech. I still hate myself for losing those parts as I am VERY careful with my toys now. -.-
