I remember having this on VHS as a kid. When I got older I found out that this is a knock off of the real "Balto" movie. I've been searching for this for hours and finally found it. And dear God, this is fucking creepy. I do not recall why I liked it so much and watched it over and over again. It really creeps me out...

Adam Block actually most of dingo pictures English dubs had 4 voice actors, it was the same 4 most every time except for Pocahontas which had twelve voice actors. A few others might have had more or less than four but they have yet to surface on KZbin

Geographical errors aren't the only disasters in their movies. They usually screw up historical events as well. For instance, there were Wild West based villages during the early colonization of North America in their interpretation of Pocahontas. Lol.
