बल्वा और दंगा में अंतर / Difference Between Affray and Rioting

"दंगा" का पहला अक्षर "द" से बना दो व्यक्ति या दो समुदाय यानी दो व्यक्ति या दो समुदाय शांति भंग करें तो दंगा कहलाया जाएगा। "बल्वा"के शुरू के दो अक्षर "बल" यानी बल का प्रयोग करते हए 5 व्यक्ति एक ही उद्देश्य से कब्ज़ा या सम्पत्ति हथिया लें, वे बल्वा कहलायेगा।

In rioting 5 or more person's are involved in use of force unlawfully under IPC146 while under IPC 159 in affray 2 or more people are involved in disturbing the public tranquility. Sir request you to make series of lecture related to IPC, CRPC & important laws regarding the UPSI Exam.

In public or private place, Unlawful Assembly with 5 or more persons for a common object or intention with force and violence... 2 to 3 yrs imprisnmt. 2)AFFRAY : IPC 159 Public place breach of peace caused by 2 persons fight, imprisonment 1 months, Rs. 100/_ fine.
