I have been fishing that bridge back when it was made of wood! Fall was the time to slay speckled trout there. Used to be a big flotilla of small boats catching specs back when. What a nice trip down memory lane for me to watch this video. The poached drum was something I have never seen before. I normally throw my drum back. Not now! I simply have to try this recipe.
