yeah terrible thing. We had similar stuff in Rotterdam. I'm always astonished with the lack of basic history and even reading. It seems like a lot of black (yes - sadly it's mainly black) can't even read simple things, let alone interpreting them properly. I really think it's due to bad educaiton.
