This is actually a very well done song and it's also very complicated. There seems to be 2 or 3 different songs in this whole thing with different timings and all that. It sounds to be influenced by jazz funk, just injected with tons of cuteness. There was an old Sega Saturn game called Clockwork Knight and I loved the jazz music in it which was very similar to this one.
