At summer time, bamboo loose its coolness and then it became dry easily within 2 weeks. The tension of the fresh bamboo vs dry bamboo has vast distinguish. If a fresh bamboo has 100% tension then it will remain only 20% after it will dry. And, the main problem of having Bamboo as a crash barrier, it required a lot of man power for maintenance. And other problem is, whenever there is forest fire, dry bamboo will burn within a minute. You need more money and manpower to install from the beginning...So, it is basically "lene k dene padjayega"... These are the main issues infront of the government. That's why governmwent is just on "test"... If it will sustain for 6 months or more than that, then it will be in use. But government can't control the weather and dry winds which is heart attack to the plants like bamboo. That's why Bamboo is a tropical climate plant.
