Exactly! It's all about fundamentals. You can't build a lasting house without a great foundation. Cooking, if you learn French technical cooking, stocks and sauces you have an understanding of foundation. As you were saying

I really am impressed by European, Scandinavian rockabilly musicians. Especially the bass player. Who is the most musically diverse unlike some American who are the most unskilled. So are most pop musicians really.

So intonation is the same as being sharp or flat?

Yep, that’s right. Your intonation is all about if you are right on pitch, if you’re sharp or flat, that means your intonation needs work 👍🏻
