Received my P1S today and just started printing my first 3D object from Bambu’s sample folder. It’s plug-n-play. Great for a noob like me. I love the camera video in Bambu Studio so I can monitor the printer some distance away. It is noisy.

one thing I like about the printer is that you don`t have to use an sd card and why I like that is becuase my laptop does not have an sd card port

You can get a usb with a SD card reader

Got mine 4 days ago and my only issues have been prints not sticking to the bed. Requires glue. Hoped the build plate was enough but it wasnt

Please tell me why I have not been able to even Print one 3d Print after nearly 3 weeks. Does it has to do the calibration everytime? I think my bed is too cold that is why I have all these spagetti problems. This is not my first 3d printer. I have had several and never ever have had any problems like this with any Printer :(

This is off subject but needing help badly. New to 3d printing and P1S, my P1S got here today. Got a big problem that I need some help with. I have A1Mini and use BL studio / Handy app account with no problems. But can't get the P1S to sink with my BL studio / Handy app account. What do I need to do to correct this. I uninstall Handy App still nothing. Now both printers don't syn with Handy App and BL studios nothing.

Just a fyi, you didn't get your qr code or serial number completely removed. Not sure what the ramifications of this are, but you may want to fix that.. I'll be getting my P1S in 2 days, so good info here on how to unbox and set up, thanks.

You also don't necessarily have to make changes to the build plate temps, just make sure you select the correct build plate on the 'prepare' page at the top (looks like in your videos, you've got it set for 'Cool Plate / PLA Plate', but it should be set for 'Textured Build Plate' for the stock P1S plate.

Getting it connected on wifi is a pain. It requires you to use their app and a blue tooth connection. The app only works if you give it all sorts of access and getting blue tooth to work is a hail mary. I got it so far as the pairing menus on both ends, but then it failed. Why they didn't use SSID and pwd like everybody else is a mystery. Wish I knew this before I bought it.

Dont waste your money on Bambu. They have too many problems, and support is non-existent. I stopped using my P1S and have gone back to my trusted ender 3. Nozzle scraping on part and there is no way to calibrate Z axis. Camera only works when it remembers. Prints have become very bad, and no matter what I try, they just become worse. There are thousands of users complaining (in the Bambu lab app). Bambu reply that they have too many requests and that is why they delay months to reply to tickets. Seriously I am thinking of returning it as it is less than 1 month old and buying a Prusa which is extremely reliable.

The ender 3 doesn't even have a camera and it doesn't have the majority of features that the bamboo has the bambu prints out of the box and has way less problems than enders along with maintenance and tinkering time
