Kbur hewey sbuk melekti andyu bzaoba geza interest rate zgeleskayo btaomi sbuk Ane n hzbna ktmhr keleka bzaoba stock market you need to very carefully they can lose their own money not always you are the winner depend if they economy, going down they can lose all the money, they have a please explain to them you look like you’re teaching of a stock market and you need more people to learn with your company, but that is not right in the same way. Thank you so much this is my opinion.

The stock market you don’t even know tomorrow what will happen you can lose all your money to. I’m not saying it is not good but you need to be careful. What are you doing?

@@Nini.Asmara Depends how you define stock market and what you're investing in. That's why we say invest in yourself first.
@Nini.Asmara2 ай бұрын
@@FidelFinance so start explain them very well the way you pushing them more to buy the stock market than they buying the house I think you are in the stock market business but that is not right. Sorry. Btaomi nfuo eka agelalsaka about the interest-rate but you need to push people to buy the house. Remember house is your house forever? Yes you struggle to pay your house still is your house you can sell salad or rent any moment you want to

Wawww, very interesting. I’m Canada we don’t have 30,15 or 10 terms of amortization only 5 or less than years. Anyway for me I prefer investing than adding $200 . However if you do another video related Canada mortgage will awesome. How much is the stock market training fee ?

Selam ez'Hawey, thank you for this important info!! However, if I am not mistaken, i think you mixed up some numbers when you were comparing the 7% mortgage vs. the investment of $200 at 8%. It looks like you mistakenly compared $279,000 in interest INSTEAD of $178,000. I believe the $279,000 was the regular interest without paying the extra $200/month whereas the $178,000 is after saving $101,000 by paying the $200/month towards the principal. So the comparison should have been between $178,000 in interest & $300,000 in investment. Net gain after 30 years = $300,000 - $179,000 = $121,000. Please correct me if I am wrong. Thank you so kindly!!

Hi good lesson . But have you considered the amount of money you must pay for house rent for living . If you want to invest in SAP you will have extra to pay for house rent . May be it’s good for house homeless , which don’t have any expenses to pay .

Thank you. This video is "Paying off your mortgage early by paying extra vs invest the extra money into stocks. This video has nothing to do with rent.

I see what you’re saying - renting over a long period can definitely add up! However, this video is more about those who already own a home and are deciding between paying off their mortgage early or investing any extra money they have. What are your thoughts on that?
Its proven and time tested that s&p 500 had been returning average 10% for 100+ years, even during difficult times like world war 1 and 2, spanish flu, through depression and recession.
