Kanji is an authentic lost Odia delicacy which is quite popular in sourthen part of Odisha.Not only in winter or summer, this “kanji“ can be enjoyed all around the year.Here I have shown four different types of kanji recipes.( Saga Kanji,Amba Kanji,Dahi Kanji & Tomato Kanji)When The markets are brimming with all sorts of leafy greens & vegetables in winter season you can make a hot & tangy bowl of “Saga kanji” & “Desi tomato kanji”. At the same time in summer season a bowl of “Dahi Kanji” , “Amba Kanji” & “Torani Kanji” can be equally refreshing to beat the scorching heat.
