Hi, I got my 4 accounts back. In the beginning my appeal said I was permanently banned and there is nothing I could do about it. Then I think largely because they found out I was a RAP LB player and I was trying to get gifts etc to finish my mastery I was unbanned. What I will say is that this is not the case for many players (player count is still under 80k). Big games has dealt with this matter very poorly. They should have made a public release on what is/has happened so we know why and how not to trigger it again. They barely open up the ability for people to open a ticket and dispute the bans.

I do not know what to do to get my account back and off their bad list. I am a legitimate player too and have invested in the game quite a bit. people lying isnt my point in general. my point is that how innocent players have been caught in a ban wave due to having an amount of an item in-game isnt a great way of handling a situation like that. they could of easily instead reduced the number of gifts players with huge amounts had to fix the economy more without bans (and patch the exploit).

I HIGHLY DOUBT that "INNOCENT PLAYERS" are getting banned! 😂 Build Into Games can just take a LOOKY LOOK at the Roblox & the BANKING TRANSACTIONS to SEE 👀 👁️ if you have been spending over $100 per month in order to have the type of items that you have in your Pet Simulator 99 accounts. And if you don't, the developers are going to AUTOMATICALLY assume that you are using emulators to run scripts in order to CHEAT themselves out of money. Developers don't really care if you cheat. But, what they most certainly DO care about is REAL MONEY. REAL MONEY that you are STEALING from the Developers any time you decide "screw spending real money", and "I'll just use scripts to get everything for free instead". Either way that you look at it, it is theft. It is a crime. You can be charged in the court of law for crimes and the developers CAN sue you in court. Developers have sued cheaters in court for hundreds of thousands of dollars. So don't think that any of you can't get into any legal trouble 😵‍💫 because you can too. And don't think that the developers do not know who you all are, they do. They have your Internet protocol addresses. They know you home phone numbers, your home addresses & the names of the people in your household too. Because Internet protocol addresses for the most part ARE public information. It isn't difficult to figure out who any of you are.

Hi, I am here to ask for help!! I was bidding on one huge, I put about 21m gems for it and suddenly the game disconnected me. I had to rejoin a few time back to game and found out that I lost that 21m gems and also no huge in my inventory! I don’t think I could get that huge for 21m, but before the gems went back to my account, the game disconnected me. I guess my gems were lost in that server and also impossible to join the same server so easy again. Even I am lucky to join to back the same server, I don’t think I will get my gems back. The same situation happened by another player too. He was even more unlikely. He put his huge there for 400m, I guess no on would bid it. He got suddenly disconnected from the game too. And at the end, he lost the huge and also no gems more in his account. We tried to contact someone from big game to ask for help. But sadly no answer…😢 Does this kind of situation also happen on any of you guys?😢
