I do this recipe today,i replace the butter with fermented arabic butter (called samnah)..i use about 70 g instead of 113g and i add 2 tbsp yoghurt .. the taste was amazing.. my husband loved it so much!!!

I made this banana bread, even i didnt have any nuts in the pantry, everyone went crazy for it! However, i used brown sugar instead and added some labnah ( very popular where i live). I doubled the recipes and it finished so quickly! Thank you for your videos!

+Steve Ron I am glad you you like the recipes and music.. my cakes cracks too.. even this banana cake .. and zebra cake quite a lot:) some say that if you bake the cake to a lower temperature for a longer time you avoid cracks.. personally cracks doesn't bother me.. but an oven that is too hot makes the cake crack.. so just adjust your oven temperature
